1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of avenkind.com and purchases from Avenkind. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

The store is operated by HONGKONG NEXMIND TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED under the trade name Avenkind.

2. Digital products

Avenkind currently sells downloadable digital resources. No physical item will be mailed unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Product pages describe the included files, page count, format, intended use, and important limitations. Please review those details before purchasing.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is completed. We may cancel or refund an order when required to correct a pricing, availability, fraud, or technical error.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout so that we can send order and download information.

4. Delivery and access

After payment is confirmed, download instructions are normally provided electronically within a few minutes. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by email filtering, service interruptions, or incorrect customer information.

If your download email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and contact support@avenkind.com. We may verify order information before restoring access.

5. Personal-use licence

Unless a product page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use the files for personal household use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, republish, or commercially reproduce the files or designs, whether modified or unmodified. Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of Avenkind intellectual property.

6. Educational and family-support information

Avenkind products provide educational and family-support information. They are not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for individualized professional support.

Parents and caregivers remain responsible for deciding which activities, language, materials, and choices are safe and appropriate for their child, home, and circumstances.
